What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return.
Do you offer an international shipping option?
Currently, we primarily ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach. Please contact our support team for specific international inquiry requests.
How should I care for my Joker & Witch jewelry and watches?
To maintain the shine and longevity of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store them in a dry, airtight container or the original pouch provided when not in use.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
