  Securely pack the products in their original brand box with all tags, invoices, and protective materials intact to ensure a valid return.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost within 48-72 business hours.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
